What are AI credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency of BrandForge. Almost every AI action — generating a logo, writing website copy, creating a social post, or producing a brand kit — consumes credits. Your plan includes a monthly allocation that resets on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. If you need more, you can buy top-up packs (which never expire) or let overage kick in automatically.

What is the difference between monthly credits, top-up packs, and overage?

Monthly credits come with your subscription and are always the cheapest per-credit rate — they reset every month. Top-up packs are one-time purchases that never expire and are used after your monthly credits run out. Overage credits are triggered automatically when both your monthly credits and any top-up balance are depleted — they prevent your work from stopping mid-project. Overage is the most expensive per-credit option.

In what order are my credits used?

Always in this order: (1) your monthly subscription credits first, (2) any top-up packs you have purchased, then (3) overage credits auto-purchased at the flat per-credit rate. You are always charged the lowest available rate first.

How much do top-up credit packs cost?

Top-up packs are priced as follows (shown in your selected currency — billed in EUR): 50 credits for , 150 credits for , 500 credits for , and 1,500 credits for . Top-up credits never expire and are used automatically once your monthly allocation runs out.

What does an overage credit cost?

Overage credits cost per credit (billed in EUR at €0.19). This rate is flat across all plans and triggers automatically — no setup required — so your work is never interrupted.

Can I have more than 25 workspaces?

The Enterprise plan supports up to 25 workspaces. If you need more, you can open a second subscription, or contact us to discuss custom volume pricing.

Can I switch or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new credits are available right away. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing options are in the works. Contact us if you would like to discuss a prepaid annual arrangement in the meantime.

Is billing in my local currency?

Billing is processed in EUR. The prices shown in other currencies on this page are approximate conversions to help you estimate costs — your bank or card provider applies the final exchange rate at checkout.

I am a hosting provider or agency — is there a reseller program?

Yes. Resellers get BrandForge at a significant discount off retail (25–40% depending on volume tier), with additional regional adjustments of up to 25% that stack multiplicatively. You white-label the platform under your own brand. Switch to the "For resellers & partners" tab at the top of this page, or contact us to apply.

What does white-label mean for resellers?

Your customers see your brand — your logo, your domain, your color palette — not BrandForge. The entire platform is white-labeled, including the admin panel, email notifications, and all customer-facing URLs.

What features are included across all plans?

Every plan includes the full BrandForge platform: AI brand intelligence, AI website builder, social media co-pilot, analytics, and more. What scales with your plan is the number of AI credits and workspaces. The eCommerce store, 13-platform scheduling, and print-on-demand merch unlock from the Growth plan upward.
