Can I offer it to my DirectAdmin reseller accounts?

That is how it is planned. Offer BrandForge to your users and down through your reseller levels. Register interest and tell us you resell, so we prioritise those flows.

Does it need extra servers?

No. BrandForge runs on our platform. The plugin only connects DirectAdmin accounts to it.

Is the customer experience white-labelled?

Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours and SSL end to end. Emails, notifications and PDFs run under your brand. The BrandForge name never appears.

How does billing work with a control panel?

You decide. Bundle BrandForge into your DirectAdmin hosting plans, or sell it through your billing platform, such as WHMCS, and let DirectAdmin handle access. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale.

Who handles customer support?

You handle L1 with your customers, which keeps the relationship yours. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.

Is there a website builder for DirectAdmin?

BrandForge is building one. The DirectAdmin plugin is on the roadmap. Once it ships, your customers can generate and publish a complete website from DirectAdmin, plus a logo, brand strategy and social media content, all under your brand.
