How it works

From cart to brand kit

  1. Customer orders in HostBill

    A BrandForge product is added to cart in any of your HostBill brands.

  2. Module provisions the account

    HostBill calls the BrandForge module, which provisions under the correct brand's reseller ID.

  3. Brand kit is generated

    The customer is welcomed into the correct white-labelled BrandForge instance for that brand.

  4. Lifecycle syncs across brands

    Each brand's subscriptions sync independently, so your multi-brand tree stays clean.

Setup

A handful of steps to go from install to first sale.

  1. Get on the waitlist

    Register interest so we notify you when the module is released.

  2. Upload to HostBill

    Extract to /includes/modules/Product/brandforge/ on your HostBill install.

  3. Activate the module

    In HostBill admin, activate the BrandForge module under Settings, Modules.

  4. Map brands to API keys

    For each HostBill brand, enter the matching BrandForge API key from your partner portal.

  5. Create products and go live

    Create BrandForge products in each brand's catalog and enable them in your carts.

When will the HostBill module be live?

The module is in build. Register interest and you get notified as soon as it lands in the partner portal.

Does it work with multi-brand HostBill?

Yes. Each brand can be mapped to its own BrandForge white-label configuration and API key. Provisioning is scoped per brand.

Is the customer experience fully white-labelled?

Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours, SSL, emails, and PDFs. The BrandForge name never appears.

How does billing work?

You bill through HostBill as you already do. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale for active subscriptions. You keep around 50 percent of retail.

Does it support HostBill reseller trees?

Yes. Sub-resellers under a parent brand can be mapped to the parent's BrandForge white-label, or configured independently.

Who handles customer support?

You handle L1 with your customers. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.
