When will the HostFact module be live?
It is in development now. Join the waitlist and you get notified the moment it is released.
Is support available in Dutch?
Yes. BrandForge is a Dutch company. We support HostFact partners in Dutch and English, and the product itself is available in Dutch for your customers.
Is the customer experience white-labelled?
Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours and SSL end to end. Emails, notifications and PDFs run under your brand. The BrandForge name never appears.
How does billing work?
You bill your customers through HostFact as you already do. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale for active subscriptions. You keep around 50 percent of retail.
Who handles customer support?
You handle L1 with your customers, which keeps the relationship yours. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.
Is there a website builder for HostFact?
BrandForge is building one. The HostFact module is in development. Once it ships, your customers can generate and publish a complete website from HostFact, plus a logo, brand strategy and social media content, all under your brand. The integration is already live for AdminBolt, Blesta, Enhance, Upmind, WHMCS and WiseCP.
Will HostFact customers be able to create a logo and brand identity?
Yes. The same BrandForge platform that is live today includes a logo maker and a brand builder covering positioning, audience and personality. The HostFact module will give your customers access to all of it under your brand.
Will it include a social media tool?
Yes. The social media co-pilot is part of the BrandForge platform, so HostFact customers get on-brand social content alongside their website, logo and brand strategy.
