    The customer is welcomed into your white-labelled BrandForge instance.

  4. Lifecycle syncs both ways

    Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations flow between Upmind and BrandForge in real time.

  3. Add BrandForge credentials

    Enter your BrandForge API token in the provider settings.

  4. Create your plans

    Map each BrandForge tier to an Upmind product. You set retail.

  5. Enable and go live

    Turn the products on in your cart. New orders provision instantly.

When will the Upmind provider be live?

The provider is on the roadmap and is expected shortly. Register interest and you get notified the moment it goes live in the Upmind marketplace.

Is the customer experience white-labelled?

Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours, and SSL end-to-end. Emails, notifications, and PDFs all run under your brand.

How does billing work?

You bill through Upmind as you already do. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale for active subscriptions. You keep around 50 percent of retail.

Will it work with self-hosted Upmind?

Yes. The provider works with both Upmind cloud and self-hosted instances that meet the version and PHP requirements.

Who handles support?

You handle L1 with your customers. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.

Can I import existing customers?

Yes. The BrandForge partner portal supports CSV import so you can bulk-provision existing Upmind customers without reorders.
