No. Connect is the vendor onboarding and catalog layer. Commerce is the reseller-facing billing and provisioning platform. This page covers Connect.

Can any Connect reseller list BrandForge?

Once the vendor account is live, any Connect-integrated reseller can subscribe to the BrandForge vendor catalog.

Is the customer experience white-labelled?

Yes. Every reseller can configure their own white-label BrandForge instance under their brand.

How does billing work?

Connect handles vendor-to-reseller billing. Reseller-to-end-customer billing runs through the reseller's own systems.
