How it works

From cart to brand kit

  1. Customer orders in WiseCP

    A BrandForge product is added to cart in your WiseCP storefront.

  2. Module provisions the account

    WiseCP calls the BrandForge module, which creates the account under your reseller ID.

  3. Brand kit is generated

    The customer is welcomed into your white-labelled BrandForge instance in their language.

  4. Lifecycle syncs both ways

    Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations flow between WiseCP and BrandForge in real time.

  1. Register interest

    Let us know you want it so we build it against real WiseCP setups.

  2. Upload to WiseCP

    When released, extract to the WiseCP modules directory on your install.

  3. Activate the module

    Enable BrandForge in the WiseCP admin under products and services.

  4. Add your credentials

    Enter your BrandForge API key from the partner portal.

  5. Create products and sell

    Create WiseCP products that use the BrandForge module. Map each to a Godmode tier.

When will the WiseCP module be live?

It is planned. Register interest and we prioritise the build based on demand from TR and MENA partners.

Does it support Turkish?

Yes. BrandForge itself is available in 84 languages including Turkish. The module UI in WiseCP is localised as well.

Can I bill in TRY?

Yes. You bill your customers in TRY through WiseCP. BrandForge invoices you at wholesale in EUR.

Is the customer experience white-labelled?

Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours, and SSL. Emails and PDFs run under your brand.

How does billing work?

You bill through WiseCP as you already do. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale. You keep around 50 percent of retail.

Who handles customer support?

You handle L1 with your customers. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.
