When will the CloudBlue Connect integration be live?
It is planned. Register interest and we prioritise the build based on partner demand.
Do I need a custom integration?
No. The aim is that resellers connected to CloudBlue Connect can add BrandForge from the vendor catalog.
Is the customer experience white-labelled?
Yes. Customers see your domain, logo, colours and SSL end to end. Emails, notifications and PDFs run under your brand. The BrandForge name never appears.
How does billing work?
You bill your customers through CloudBlue Connect as you already do. BrandForge invoices you monthly at wholesale for active subscriptions. You keep around 50 percent of retail.
Who handles customer support?
You handle L1 with your customers, which keeps the relationship yours. BrandForge handles L2 and L3 platform issues through your named partner manager.
Is there a website builder for CloudBlue Connect?
BrandForge is building one. The CloudBlue Connect integration is on the roadmap. Once it ships, your customers can generate and publish a complete website from CloudBlue Connect, plus a logo, brand strategy and social media content, all under your brand. The integration is already live for AdminBolt, Blesta, Enhance, Upmind, WHMCS and WiseCP.
Will CloudBlue Connect customers be able to create a logo and brand identity?
Yes. The same BrandForge platform that is live today includes a logo maker and a brand builder covering positioning, audience and personality. The CloudBlue Connect integration will give your customers access to all of it under your brand.
Will it include a social media tool?
Yes. The social media co-pilot is part of the BrandForge platform, so CloudBlue Connect customers get on-brand social content alongside their website, logo and brand strategy.
